Practice Radiance is a growth platform for dental practices. It generates marketing content, manages review requests, and reports on lead sources. Every patient-facing message requires human approval before it sends.
These terms apply to every workspace on Practice Radiance during the pilot phase. Nothing here is a substitute for a signed order form.
Practice Radiance is a growth platform for dental practices. It generates marketing content, manages review requests, and reports on lead sources. Every patient-facing message requires human approval before it sends.
You are responsible for the users you invite into your workspace and for the accuracy of the clinic information you provide. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
Do not use Practice Radiance to send unsolicited messages, upload clinical records or symptom free-text, or misrepresent your practice. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or harm patients.
You are the data controller for your patient list. You confirm that every contact has valid marketing consent under the laws that apply to your practice. We provide the tools; the consent is yours.
Pilot fees are outlined on the pricing page and confirmed in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not promise uptime during the pilot. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. AI outputs are drafts; you're responsible for what your team approves.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Practice Radiance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability for any claim is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
